Shipping & Handling Costs:

Packaging and shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the amount, size and weight of your order. The shipping cost for our product will range from $6.60 to $30 within Australia. The shipping cost for international orders may vary from ~$10 - $100, depending on the shipping option and weight of your order.

We ship our products within 24 hours of ordering via Australia Post eParcel from Brisbane.

Delivery Address:

NailPolish.com.au is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch.  

Return to Sender:

All parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from Post Office will incur a $10.00 return fee.  Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee).
